No I do not think so as you would probably dropped off at the Hilton, unless you arrived that day and then I believe they take at the airport and transfer to the ship.

@BirdTravelsposted thread of Adventure of the Seas - The First Voyage, she posted many pictures including tent for luggage if you were not using RCL transfer services

No. When you arrive, you drop your bags off at the airport if you are arriving day of departure (regardless if you are with a RCCL transfer or on your own) or at the British Colonial Hilton. Your bags will not be there upon disembarkation.

If you are not taking a RCCL transfer, your bags will be outside the gate of the port under a tent. You have to walk, uncovered, from the ship to the main port entrance and claim your bags there. If you self-walk-off your bags, you need to take them all the way around and out the main entrance.

The RCCL transfers to the airport pick you up at the gangway (a few steps off the ship) and drive you directly to the airport.

Baggage Claim is under a tent outside the port gate. It is fine so long as it is not [pouring] rain like it does often in Nassau.

Since the entire Port of Nassau is now a large construction zone with a walkway from the one working dock to the main gate, the old taxi and horse stands are gone. There is space for a couple of taxis right outside the main gate on the narrow road fronting the port.

I was on week 2, the bags were under a tent on the dock for non transfer cruisers.

For those with transfers, we boarded a bus on the pier, and went to the airport, where a tent was also set  up with our bags, which we collected and had to wheel them into the terminal.
