You need to meet the requirements for your vaccine full vaccination 2 weeks prior to your cruise. If you got the J&J vaccine, then one dose makes you fully vaccinated. Others require two doses. For transatlantic cruises from Barcelona, all guests must present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with the final dose of their vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing. Guests without proof of vaccination will not be permitted to sail.

I just did a dummy booking for the 10/31 TA and this is what is stated: VACCINE REQUIREMENT This sailing requires proof of a COVID-19 vaccination for guests age 18 and older. Unvaccinated guests under the age of 18 must provide a negative test result. So I was wrong about 16 & older, it is 18 & older. This changed just recently. It was as you stated before the change. Kbonner Posted July 28, 2021 #9 Share Posted July 28, 2021 For Harmony's TA the vaccination for European citizen and UK is irrelevant. The point is that we are not allowed to enter the USA unless we have a 14 day mandatory quarantine. Leaving last port Malaga we have only 11 days "quarantine". I wish we had a tougher administration in EU and UK to reciprocally apply the same US entry rules for US citizen entering Europe.
