Whether viewing a cruise where check in was completed or trying to start check in on an upcoming cruise, I get an error message saying Sorry, there’s been a glitch Check-in is currently unavailable, so please try again later. I switched to Microsoft Edge and was able to check in. Speaking of check in, do we have to upload a photo of ourselves or will they still take the picture when we check in at the pier? barbeyg Posted September 9, 2021 #5 Share Posted September 9, 2021 (edited) Heads up for others who have this issue, when I tried this on my computer, that was the message I got. I went into the app and it was available there, got it done in minutes. So, as @Biker19 mentioned the best option to try first, if you want to try the app, log out of your online account first on your computer, if you normally stay logged in.
