I had the same issue, and that's what prompted me asking about the mailing (I was already calling for something else). I suppose that's one way of making sure someone doesn't think they are coming. Within my reservation I fond another place to order luggage tags. I have tried to find the location again to no avail. We got our tags in the mail 2 days ago for Oct 1 cruise on Millie.
