I’ve recently booked my second cruise with RCCL and I’m in my logged in section and looking for where I find my cruise info with OBC listed etc.  It’s a  very fun and graphic website but I’m struggling to get details…

please point me in the right direction

If you aren't seeing any cruises listed in your Upcoming Cruises tab you have to click on "Link a missing cruise" and add it.

Depending where the OBC is from, you may not see it until you get on the ship

You can’t see them online, you have to call and get the guest invoice.

Click on top right corner where it says Manage my cruise.

 

There you should see your cruise(s) listed. Click on Plan My cruise

 

If you have on board credit which gets credited immediately (if RCL gave it as part of cruise deal or stock holder etc etc you will see it top of page planner). If it from a 3rd party it will not show up until 1-2 days after you board the cruise.  Good Luck.

Yes, it is OBC as well as soda Pkg and dining credits from TA

I was looking for a tab that showed it like they do with other cruise lines - Princess for instance.

if 3rd party perks don’t show up I guess you really need to carry documents to prove this in the event it doesn’t show in your onboard folio?  
What do other RCCL cruisers do?

I have never had an issue with my TA. When we get in our cabin, there is a card from our TA with our OBC listed. 

You can print a copy of your invoice from your TA, it should show your OBC and Soda Package then you have a hard copy with you

If you are asking about purchases pre-cruise, Pay on a CC. There are a few ways to use the OBC once on the ship
