A You can call Bank of America Customer Service at 800-421-2110 if you need assistance with your account, such as, general information regarding your credit card account, customer satisfaction, or points available for redemption. Royal Caribbean®, Celebrity Cruises®, or its employees do not have insight into your credit card account information and will not be able to answer questions relative to your credit card account. Please ensure for your own privacy you do not discuss your account information with our employees. You can also manage your credit card account and any earned MyCruise® Points online after you enroll in Online Banking with Bank of America. I redeemed some points yesterday, went online but had some questions so I called the number shared above. I wanted to know if I needed to have a reservation first or redeem the points first. FYI, it can be done either way. They were able to, once verifying my information, check the balance of my points, discuss the different alternatives and limitations, and even book the cruise and email the invoice to me.
