I called room service back on our last cruise to ask how they'd like us to handle the tray and dining pieces. On Panorama last week I asked for my $25 cash and was told I could only get it on my account as casino free play. When I said on the Miracle they give cash I was told: 'They use a different system than we do and they have to give cash. They don't have the option to provide free play like we do on this ship.'
