How do I add the Firefighter discount to my online booking?

I am trying to add the firefighter discount to my booking online, but I am not able to. 

 

When calling in, I only get the fire fighter discount, and lose the state residence (resident NRD) discount. When booking online, I lose out on the firefighter discount but get the state resident discount. I am trying to make it so that I can get both discounts. My firefighter discount is cheaper by a few dollars.

 

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Stop trying, the system is set up to only give you some/most of the best of one of them, not both.

Resident discount and firefighter discount are seldom ever combinable. Do a mock booking for each and see which one has the greater value and then book that rate.

As others stated, not all Royal discounts are combinable with other Royal discounts.

I can't even enter the firefighter discount online. Is there a location I can do that?

I found it. It is not very easy to locate. It's on the webpage after you select the cruise date and it lists a bunch of the discounts. There is a link that you can click to apply more discounts. It took a little digging around. Thanks for everyone's help

I think they don't make it obvious so that some people will miss it...

Yes. I think so too. It was very frustrating but I figured it out. Thanks for everyone's help!
