UPGRADE EMAIL ADDRESS

Someone had posted about an email address to request an upgrade and I have searched and searched and can't find it.
Can anyone help me out, please?

There is no email you can use. You would have to be offered an upgrade from Princess. They initiate the email to you. Answer it quickly if you want to take the offer because it's a first come first served scenario.

I recently sent an email to that address asking about upgrade / upsell availability for a future cruise.  I got this response back so it seems like they are back to the pre-pandemic process of offering upsells to passengers closer to the sailing date.

 

"Currently there are no upsells available for you cruise. Please keep an eye on your email and junk/spam folder. If an upsell becomes available you will receive and email with the details."
