Distilled Water Order

Can someone please provide me with the email address of the department at Celebrity where I can order distilled water for my cruise?  Thank you.

On my last 2 cruises I just asked my room steward and was delivered before dinner on first day. Also for an extension cord.

That works but you also pre-book it

No real need to coordinate in advance, just ask your room steward when you see them. They will bring a gallon as necessary for you.

send email to special_needs@celebrity.com to order distilled water and extension cord. I have done in Oct and Dec. If you forget you can just ask your cabin steward. I always send email just in case that do not have enough. That happens when capacity increases.

doesn't the ship make distilled water from sea water?

The distilled water they provide is commercially purchased, not made on board.

I order this in advance on 2 recent cruises but on both occasions I had to ask the room attendant for it as it wasn’t delivered to the room as I was informed it would be, no real issue but just saying I don’t think you need to request it in advance! 😊

Order in advance, your steward has enough to do on turnaround day, doesn’t need special trips. I know it’s a little thing but they can use the help.
