We are  going on a cruise and going to the following ports and wondering which ports are currently requiring a negative test prior to entry.

 Dominica Republic

Puerto Rico

StKitts

Dominica

St Lucia

Antigua

St Barts

I have tried to find answers on line but a lot of the info given is not current

Any help would be greatly appreciated or where to look on line to find up to date info

No to Antigua, st kitts, and st barts according to regent website. San Juan a health check not necessarily a test. Can confirm next two weeks when we go to each.

Last week on Splendor…we were able to walk around San Juan and Antigua. Tour in St Kitts. St. Bart’s…water was too rough. Not able to tender. We were scheduled for a tour. No testing for this schedule.

Below is what Oceania has on their web site; presumably current as of yesterday. Regent should be ashamed for not having similar information. Time for Mr. DelRio to have a prayer meeting with Regent.

New Executive Order in PR requires a negative Covid test to fly in. I think effective date is 12/27. I would assume for cruise pax is the same..

anyways, can’t Regent procure this information?

Regent has taken down the requirements for the current sailing of Explorer,

but here are the islands on our itinerary with restrictions as of 26 December:

Bonaire:  Antigen test required within 72 hours of arrival.  Can tour independently.

Grenada:  Antigen test required within 48 hours of arrival.  Tours ONLY through Regent.

Dominica:  No independent visits—only on Regent tours.

St. Vincent:  Antigen test required to visit.  Only Regent tours.

Based on these requirements and timing—Bonaire yesterday, Grenada today, Dominica tomorrow, and St Vincent on Tuesday—all passengers should have an antigen test tomorrow, but there has been no announcement of it onboard.  (Regent also provided no individual notification—a mass email to all pax as they were sending about watching the safety video—about the new mask requirement enacted for our sailing.  So you need to keep watch on RSSC.com for updates.)

Puerto Rico just recently required a 48 hour prior to debark test...Royal Caribbean informed that it would skip Puerto Rico, and Puerto Rico is its base Caribbean port!  Info from El Nuevo Día, PR's main newspaper.
