Are either of these two allowing day passes if your ship actually gets to dock? We've never done either but considering it on our Allure cruise next week.

If one is wishing to be away from T’erds, then the Marriott with the TTE Protocol.

The only beach area being Towel free is Discovery Beach Bar, where the owner “actively” ensures Towels are moved 20 yards away from his bar, so as not to spoil his guests ambiance/view.

Let the owner “Big M” know you’re arriving for lunch etc so he can stock up.

We went to the Park Hyatt in January 2020. Beautiful setting but really not a great experience. All the pools were freezing. The spa pool was not co-ed apparently so we could not swim together.  Paid a lot of money to sit in loungers basically.

My friends it's simple math, that's it.

St. Kitts Marriott and Royal Casino Resort.  Best ticket on the island hands down. Have fun we do.😉

How do you proceed to acquire day passes?  Is it something that needs to be arranged in advance?

Remember to follow the TTE copy/paste for the Marriott, here’s his advice

TTE’s Protocol

Yes, it is THE place to go, away from T’erds,

one of the best beach experiences in the Caribbean

I've have never made reservations once on our visits to the Marriott, when are you going?? Between now and Christmas you won't need anything but a smile and a credit card for your $35.00(Please don't pay the booking fee.) day pass at the St. Kitts Marriott.

It's this simple, when your taxi drops you off in front of the Marriott, you walk directly towards the concierge desk to your left with a big smile, credit card in hand, they're going to ask you what ship you are on, IF you happen to be cruising on a Carnival Cruise Ship, lie😄 and tell them your cruising on either a Princess, Royal Caribbean or even Holland America if you have too, hand them your credit card when she hands you your receipt walk over to the elevator get in it and hit THE BEACH button, walk out and go have a great day!

First thing's first, go back to the bar order a good bloody mary and get a tab started, yep break out that credit card again. 😁

You'll figure out the rest.

If you have 4-5 people in your group I would not only consider a day room, I would do a day room same price altogether you get a nice room for the day to keep your stuff and go and get out of the sun for a few it's nice, only way to go 4 or more.

Have fun!!

We are going to the Marriott with 6 next month and planning on doing day pass at $39*6=$234.  A room for that night for 4 people is over $400.  What's a day room?  How do you get that and how much is that?

How much should a tax to the Marriott cost as well?

A day room is a usual standard (nice) room with bed, shower, storage etc..

The benefits of a private room to change, shower and securely store are great.

There is also a list of benefits and discounts available to day guests

TTE did kindly post, in the past, that a room for 3 (or more) people remained the same @ $160.

So, this would suggest the possibility of 6 sharing a room for $160.  However, best to check with the hotel direct on the occupancy point.  Do book very early as day pass availability is limited

Questions/Booking/Contact.   reservation@stkittsmarriott.com

Taxi is $20 e/w.  But there are taxi minivans available to take all one’s party and think $30 would be a indication of the rate.  Plus tip.

wishing you all a great stay.
