The Porch Restaurant on Silhouette

On both Reflection and Silhouette we have never seen it busy at lunch or in the evenings. We have never needed to pre book.

We have thoroughly enjoyed it on both ships as a lunchtime venue where you can enjoy the deck position and avoid a busy buffet.

when I was on this ship in 2019 to Canaries, the porch looked mostly empty and the staff was bored.

I was tempted to try, but since one of the staff chased me away from the bungalow areas that I was just checking out, I thought nope not eating there.   I just sat in the VERY BIG chair and watching the lack of guests eating there.  BTW all the bungalow thingy type setups were empty as well.  Prices too high.

I did hear that a few folks who ate in the porch, did like the food.

The Porch is one of the ship’s hidden gems.  We have only pre-booked a couple of times and we did that on the ship.  We’ve rarely seen it with more than a few tables, which always surprises us as the food is GREAT!  Some trips we’ve gone multiple times.
