vermonter16 Posted February 13, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 13, 2022 We are having an issue with Celebrity not finding an original FCC (even with the email) as well as a missing FCC - this was all associated with canceled cruises 2 years ago. The nonissued FCC was an oversight on our part. We have spoken with Celebrity reps and Resolutions and it has been a month with nothing from anybody. I had an agent helping me (he actually located and applied the FCC for one person in the party, but can't locate the other person's). Now he is not returning my calls or emails. We were never issued with a FCC. The TA told us to use the original booking number when we booked our next cruise. The FCC was used as our deposit when I booked a year later. When I have problems, I contact Celebritycruises Captain’s Club on their Social Media sites.
