Putting Navigator on child's phone - how?

HAL will not let my 16-year-old have an account on their website. I want him to have the Navigator app on his phone so we can use the massaging feature on board. How do I do that without him having an account to log into?

The short answer is to lie when asked about age. (The long answer is to download the Navigator app into a paste and gently massage it into the phone.)

For what it's worth, the messaging function does not work like texting. There's no "push" or notification.

Users have to check their phones to see if there's a message waiting for them. IMHO, it's like an alarm clock that tells you that it's time to get up -- once you're awake and look at the clock.

And if it is no success now,  it might be possible that Front Office personnel will help you to install it on their phones after embarkation. And thank you for the heads up, it remembers me to try to install them on the phones of the grandchildren.
