mz-s Posted February 20, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2022 Nowhere in particular the way I read the policy. I think that sentence was added to the policy so Carnival can CYA in case a cruise experiences high transmission and they need to require masks, but it won't be a normal fleetwide thing.

bgrmini Posted February 20, 2022 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2022 I believe March 1st, masks will be required everywhere. Happy Mardi Gras! 💜💚💛🎉
Rare BlerkOne Posted February 20, 2022 #5 Share Posted February 20, 2022 Wherever the signage says masks are needed. I expect it to vary. However, masks may be required in certain venues and events. Please pay close attention to onboard signage. 1
CMOTO Posted February 22, 2022 #6 Share Posted February 22, 2022 I'm hoping the sip and cover in the comedy clubs or the shows is gone!! I'm soooo happy about the lifting of the mask, they don't protect anyone anyways, not the way most people wear them! I hope this is a big step in the right direction!!
monakayk Posted February 22, 2022 #7 Share Posted February 22, 2022 You're probably will still need to wear them in the casino and Main theater.
Rare ninjacat123 Posted February 22, 2022 #8 Share Posted February 22, 2022 We are planning on carrying a mask in a pocket whenever we are out of our stateroom. Better to be prepared....
