Does Royal have a solutions department where you can talk to someone with enough authority to solve a problem?  If so, does anyone have the number to reach that department?

You probably need to give more info...there could be any number of people you'd need to talk to based on the problem.

You need to go through the regular line, let an agent try to deal with the issue and then escalate to resolutions.  You cannot call resolutions directly and you most likely won't get to talk to resolutions directly, the agent is the go between.

And that agent can be on hold a long time trying to get through to resolutions.
