AFAIK, yes, with a couple of asterisks: Some cruise lines are using testing at the terminal as the only required pre-embarkation test Some cruise lines accept proof of a positive test AND a doctor's note saying that you've recovered and are fit to travel in lieu of a test Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
