Obviously, I was unaware of that.  But, if the airlines are already lifting the mask requirement, whatever the Justice Department may do could be an example of "closing the barn door after the horse has escaped".  Regarding the delay in "deciding what to do":  could November, 2022 have anything to do with such a delay in the decision making?  😀
