Print her boarding pass for next weekends cruise...only luggage tags..

 

She was able to choose a boarding time of 2:30..

If any item in the check in process is incomplete, boarding passes can't be printed.  Arrival appointment can be selected without completing the process.  Ask her if anything shows as incomplete.

Maybe she could give you her log in info so you can do a quick check?

Make sure she has completed the checkin process.  It is possible to select a boarding time without completing the full process.

If anyone sailing in your family has VIP level, print extra luggage tags and have all luggage sent to that cabin (assuming her cabin is near yours.) That way should arrive earlier at same time. One cruise my mom drive me nuts asking where her bag was when ours had arrived earlier. Now when they travel with is her luggage goes next door to our cabin.
