So now add in the cost of shipping via multiple states and those costs passed on to customers or companies. Shipping companies don't absorb high gas prices out the goodness of their heart.

It must be the lower cost option since California adopted the Porkers Have Rights, Too bill.

Don't forget baby formula manufacturers also shut down, but just feed the babies bacon!

Well, Smithfield has dozens of plants to choose from.
