Junior Cruisers Curfew Question

My three boys (23, 21, and 17) will be staying in a cabin separate from me. The curfew states that those under 18 must be in their room or Adventure Ocean activity unless accompanied by parent or guardian after 1:00 AM. Would his brothers be considered guardians for this purpose since they are the over 21 YO in the cabin? I want to give all three boys some independence and not be tied to me for activities.

Yes, if your 17YO is with his brothers he will not be questioned

Hanging out. The occasional late night pizza (for ships where Sorento's is open to 3 am). Teens will find a place to hang out, on our last cruise it was the library.

Nothing good happens after 1am.  I was THAT parent.  Just be back in your room.  But I’m old & times change.

Thank you all for the replies. I don't know what they would be doing or if they actually have any plans to do anything that late, but I just wanted to get an idea on if he would be allowed to stay out with his brothers.
