sunlover2 Posted June 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 15, 2022 I also posted this in the fashion category however, it does not get as much "activity" We are going on our first non Caribbean cruise to the NE/Canada for 9 nights. Would it be out of place to wear summer like clothes, bright colors or "Caribbean" like...for dinner? The cruise starts on Sept 1st if that makes a difference. Thank you

As a rule of thumb, you shouldn't wear white after labor day. 🤣

Rare rudeney Posted June 15, 2022 #7 Share Posted June 15, 2022 We're doing a CAN/NE cruise the first week of October. If it's warm enough, I will be wearing my Tommy Bahama floral-print shirts and shorts (but not on formal night..of course 😜)

marco Posted June 16, 2022 #11 Share Posted June 16, 2022 You'll be fine in whatever you choose. In NE, early Sept sometimes can be pretty warm. i remember years ago we took a cruise to Bermuda leaving labor Day weeekend out of NY and the temp was in the upper 90's
Rare mom says Posted June 16, 2022 #12 Share Posted June 16, 2022 Even in Canada early September is still summer. You should be safe leaving your heavy fall clothing at home.
