we have the required shares but we cannot get the share credits with casino offers. We have been receiving frequent free cruise offers after our Oct 2 Panama cruise. Last set of offers expires Jan 31. Many Alaska, Europe up to August 2023. Latest offer  Ultimate Game edition cruise April 9. Not free but $100 US but does not mention free drinks just tournaments etc.

Thanks, we have decided against getting the shares at this time.  We board HAL next week, so hoping the offers start again after the cruise.

Free inside cabin but we have always upgraded. Last cruise we went for the Neptune suite since it was our first cruise post COVID. Costly but about 1/3 of the rate posted. Next one is just for an upgrade to ocean view obstructed and it was less than $500.Port fees extra. More than 2 pages of cruises offered. Longest list yet. Canada New England as well.

Would you mind posting these offers or the booking code.

My latest offer received yesterday with a free OV + $150 free play + free drinks in casino. Thinking of something in Northern Europe in August or September.

Thank you for posting this. We are doing the 7/26 and 8/2 on the Statendam out of Coppenhagen this summer.

I haven't quite figured out the system, I do like how I can do many back to backs in a row. I had 48 days then next day was booked from another port for 30 in Europe.

It varies a lot some I get signature suites with like anywhere from 500-1250 free play and drink package.

Then the casino insiders offer gives me an O/V 650.00 free credit no drinks and some have same sailings as the way better offer. So I really must pay attention.

Past two cruises we went on both were "free" casino O/V cabins with free play. One in November and one that ended yesterday. We got casino offers at the end of each cruise but not a casino free cruise, but $600 free play on a new booking. We wondered if because we were on a "free" casino cruise that is why we didn't get another "free" casino cruise offer. But either way it was nice to get something. We stopped getting the casino emails for some reason. Hubby and I both play in the casino every night when we cruise... Just when I think I understand the system, it throws a curve ball.

The HAL Club 21 rewards system offers is a bit rando, there are the email offers which usually have a free cabin, some free play and free drinks in the casino. (They list lots of eligible sailings with a sperate PDF, see my above attachment) Then there are the "come back and sail" offers which you get at the end of a cruise. These have been recently more free play offered and no comped room and can be used for any new booking but must be book within 30 days of you getting off the ship

Then there is the standard Casino Discount booking rate if you a are booking a cruise just for cruising sake and are not using a specific Club 21 offer.

Happy Hunting,

Paul

I must be missing something as the casino fares are gone when I search under my name or hubby's. When we search cruises and do a dummy booking there is no casino rate. The only thing we have seen that shows a lower price is the Have It All Rate when you choose a guarantee room. The price is less. But no longer seeing the casino rate on the initial cabin fare.

It seems to depend on which category you are booking.

Strange.

You are not alone. Many of us who were getting those $200 casino rates are not any longer. As the ship fill up there is less incentive for HAL to offer free staterooms. I suspect there will still be offers when they need bodies to fill a ship. Those who gamble more and accumulate more points will continue to get offers.

Silly question, the email I got today doesn’t say anything about a casino. What exactly makes this a casino offer? Where does the term “casino“ come in?

Does it mention "free play"?  If so, its from the casino department.

Nobody knows how this works.

Has anyone received casino deal lately? Has it been dried up?

Booked a free ocean view cabin, free drinks while playing in the casino and $250 free play on the Koningsdam for August 2023.  When I called to book, was originally assigned a guaranteed OV cabin.  Next day, I purchased Orange Club for the cruise and was able to get the meta upgrade and select my cabin.  I also received a casino discount on the OC purchase which was nice—was charged $260 for the cruise.

I had received the email offer in January.  Got an email last week reminding me time was running out on my offers.

How lucky! I have not received anything good in a big while.

I think with the ships getting fuller the casino offers will be less and less. HAL has just recently began assigning executive casino hosts to their top tier players so they don't fall through the cracks. This started within the last month or so.

No, my most recent one was a couple of months ago and expired yesterday on March 8.  It was a literal a page and a half of Alaska cruises, and a small list of Europe and Canada/New England sailings.
