Have had a few specialty Martinis at Wonderland.  Bar area is decent and the small lounge upstairs at the rear is pretty calm.  Sometimes they have a BOGO at the Wonderland bar in the early evening.

To me the answer is the bartender rather than the bar.  The same drink might taste differently if prepared by two different people.   With heavy/light pours in alcohol, different mixes/juices/etc.   I've seen real variations with chocolate martinis and cosmopolitans. 

 

There are lots of special martinis and most can be prepared at various bars.  There are some expectations like the cotton candy martini at Wonderland, or the Urban Garden (or cucumber or whatever they are serving these days) martini at 150 Central Park.

I found that the person making them for the MDR on the Harmony does a fairly good job on a dry Bombay Sapphire, up, with 3 olives.

Not just this thread.  I feel like the misuse of apostrophes has become more and more widespread.  It didn't used to be so bad.
