Verifly Vaccine Attestation error

So we booked a few months ago for April 2023.  But just ready about filling out the "vaccine Attestation" tonight.  So

I try to submit step 1 of Vaccine Attestation and a receive an error

 

"An unexpected error occurred.  Please see logs"

 

Any ideas?

I can't say i have an answer for you, but the system still seems screwed up (researching past message board comments).  We got an email yesterday asking us to fill it in, even though it was literally the first thing we did. 

 

Best i can say, see if a different browser gives the same result.. if it does, probably worth a call to CS.

Maybe April 2023 is just "too far out" for the policies in place, so it is throwing an error that is is not handled properly?  Which might be a sign we won't need it past a certain date?

 

Anyone having issues for March 2023 cruises?  Anyone having success for cruises further out?

Well for one thing, Carnival's current policies are only in effect for cruises through the end of 2022. So you're way ahead of the ballgame. You don't need to worry about giving all your information to Verifly until much closer to your cruise.

We haven't used Verifly for any or our three cruises lately.  For us, it is kind of pointless to spend time uploading the information into that system when it only takes a few seconds showing your cards and test results anyway.  Since they recommend taking this information anyway in case there is a problem with Verifly, I'm not sure what benefit it is.  We have breezed through the check in process all three times.  Not sure how Verifly is any faster, only more time consuming up front.

The only reason I tried to fill it out is because it says needs to be filled out within 48 hours of booking. Cruise booked for April 2023 gives error. Booking for Nov. 2023 gives a 1 year date range to complete. Same with May 2024 cruise, it gives a 1 year date range also, so I don't know what's up with the April 2023 cruise.
