Bermuda Cruise Passenger Travel Authorisation. No reply after 5 days

5 days ago we paid for 11 passengers on the Bermuda government site. we paid all 11 individually. However, it say processing is 24hrs. have not heard anything back yet. But we were charged $440 on our CC? should it take this long to get the email back?

When is your cruise? They try to process the applications in embarkation date order so if yours is a couple of weeks away you're probably going to be waiting a bit longer. If you don't get the approvals by 7 days prior to embarkation then call their toll free number .

By the way they don't say processing is 24 hours,  they say you have to apply at least 24 hours in advance.

Thank you njhorseman.  Im just nervous.  our cruise is nit until Aug 23.  im out of my comfort zone.

You'll hear when it's closer to your cruise. We are in Bermuda on the Pearl now and didn't hear back until a couple weeks before sailing. Enjoy your cruise!

While you may not get the actual authorisation until closer to your cruise date, you should have received a notice of your application submission and been assigned a number for each application.  If you didn't receive that then you may want to call.

The fact that you can see the charge is reassuring though.

Sailing there 7/31 out of new york . Applied for authorization 7/5 .  Just got it fri 7/22 .
