junebug61 Posted July 25, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 25, 2022 When I try to sign into the Celebrity app, it does not recognize my password. When I click on forgot password I get an email back telling me to click on it to reset my password. When I click on it it tells me that the password word has expired even though I just received it a few seconds ago. It is in a loop. I called Celebrity about a month ago about the issue and they told me not to use the app to just go to celebrity.com. However, I will be cruising In September and want to be able to use my app. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem. I am not having any issues with the app, reservations are there, etc. I then checked the calendar in my Cruise Planner (website) and they are there as well.
