I have shares in Carnival with an online company. What proof does Seabourn need me to show so I can get my OBC?

A current broker's  statement  showing the shares.  Blackout everything else, take a photo and email it to Seabourn.

What is the typical turn around time - we are sailing in 2 months -

 

Have sent a statement via email addressed to the appropriate dept - followed up two weeks later...no response. This is the first time we are requesting so I don't know the process..what to expect next (for those who have requested and received for prior sailings)

Send it to our TA and a day or 2 later have it. TTypically we give one month prior statement.

We usually get a note in the cabin on embarkation day saying the onboard credit.

You can always go to Seabourn Square at the start of your cruise, ask about your onboard account, and if there is no credit showing then ask for the credit by using your email to show you requested it in the first place including an image of your brokerage statement. Then in a couple of days check back.

To follow up - received an email on Friday that our request has been processed and our OBC credit will be available and posted on our account upon embarkation...so took about two weeks.

 

66 days till embarkation...but whose counting 😉

Never sailed on Seabourn.   We are looking into a Alaska cruise.  How many shares do you need for the OBC?
