You can but you will have to pay in full for 2 at booking. Then once onboard request them to credit back one. It's just as easy to book once onboard.

You can...but I don't.   You would have to pay in advance for both meals.  Can't do BOGO online in advance.  Sure...some do that...but then you have to get refund.  Others book one person, then add second when they show up.  

 

I just like to keep it simple, booking when I board the ship.

Where do they sell the BOGO onboard? We got UDP on our last cruise but the BOGO sounds really appealing because our next cruise is Alaska and we are in ports until later in the evening so I feel like UDP would go to waste.

It's a Diamond Plus perk.  Will be listed on your welcome paper from C&A when you enter your cabin.

It used to be a buyable option but it went away several years ago and was replaced with Chops +1.
