Good evening - wondering how you find out what night(s) "Chefs Table" is available or is it every night and you just pick the night you want to book (and is the menu the same every night if indeed it is available every evening?)

Thanks so much ~ Pia

Chef's Tables are offered several nights during a cruise, but not every night. How many nights depends on how long the cruise is. You find out what nights are offered when you board and ask at the reservations desk. They will also tell you what kind of cuisine is offered on which nights. The menu is not the same every night. They usually offer three types of cuisine...French, Italian, etc

Currently on the Quest.  Chefs Table is offered on several nights.  You have a choice of Arabic, Italian, or French nites.  We chose the French.  There were 13 of us seated at a high top table in the front of Prime C. The food and the wine were both excellent, and the meal was well paced.  We are not fans of the current complimentary wines, or even the wines being served in the ultimate package.  However, the wines served at Chef’s table were very good, and complimented the courses quite well.  We had a great evening and met some very nice fellow passengers.  It was definitely worth the up charge and we recommend the Chef’s Table experience.

Are the wines from the Chef's table available by the bottle?

We are booked on World Cruise do they offer different menus on longer cruises? The French menu on post #6 is the same as we had on our March Quest cruise.

No these menus are the same on each cruise.  They might refresh it before your cruise but no guarantee they will

Is the Chef's menu worth it for a non-drinker? Part of the attraction is the pairing of the wines with the courses. Is the food so superior to the MDR that its worth the money even without the wine?

Here’s the menu, be the judge:
