Favorite Ketchikan Tour

This is ours.

This is a tour I highly recommend for anyone taking a cruise to Alaska.

You couldn't ask for better accessibility in a wheelchair or scooter.

We took the Bering Sea Crab Fishermen's Tour in Ketchikan, Alaska when we visited on the Radiance of the Seas.

Cheryl Edmonds didn't think she would like it, but she loved it.

This video shows the accessibility.

Bering Sea Crab is definitely understandable if that's your favorite.   The reason i like it was because of the photo shots of eagles swooping in salmon that you got to take (had nothing to do with sea crab, ironically enough),

My favorite was driving some Zodiacs out of Ward Cove, and the reason was because we found ourselves right on top of a pod of orcas.  Their dorsal fins were higher than we were.

Bering Sea was also a favorite we've done 3 times. The most recent was this past September. Our grandkids age 5 & 8 just loved it...the crew was just amazing and the kids even got invited to sit up in the wheelhouse in the Captains chair.

I see someone already posted pics..mine are no different from this past September....except we had rougher seas. Remember to price it with your cruise line vs Deadliest Catch website. It can vary. At times it's been less through the cruise line. Regardless go line up on your own to board asap.so you can get the best seats...middle main deck 2nd row. You can always walk upstairs to take pics but don't limit yourself to having to sit up there.
