Kid perks for D+

There is a list specifically for kids, it includes a discount for coffee (weird) , I think a milkshake discount , some buy some get some arcade credit, and it includes 5 (for D+)  drinks (obviously non-alcoholic) per day. I don’t recall the other discounts.

A welcome letter of the onboard benefits  should be waiting in the cabin. If it is not there, see the loyalty ambassador.

No casino credits because children are not allowed to be in the casino.

enjoy.

My two young granddaughters are now D+. What are some of the perks for kids? I know when I take them on Carnival they get casino credits. Do they have casino credit perks for the kids on RC?

Kids aren’t allowed in the casino on either cruise line. Odd they would give them a casino credit when they aren’t allowed to play in the casino.  Royal doesn’t give a casino credit for obvious reasons.

Thanks Ken. On a recent trip kids also received daily drinks per their category. Our granddaughter used hers for a daily smoothy from the vitality cafe.

Good idea for the smoothy.

Beats the casino 😝

I meant to put arcade…

My 7 and 12-year-old nieces became quite addicted to virgin daiquiris on our family cruise a few months back, lol. On the plus side, it was fun being able to take the 12-year-old "to the bar". I got to be the fun uncle without corrupting her (aside from the sugar intake, but that was her parents' call).

Thanks Ken, that $25 back on the $50 at the arcade is a good deal and exactly what I was looking for!

Not the casino… 😝

Half the machines in the arcade are like a casino for kids.  All those games of chance tempting the kids with an opportunity to win an iPhone.  I guess Royal is trying to get them hooked early.

That stinks.. I’m not a fan of those types of machines. When my children were younger they drove me crazy with those machines trying to win something that’s next to impossible to win.

I forgot about the 5 free mocktails.

If children are sailing for their first time and their parents are D+, do they receive any benefits?  I wondered if they have to complete a sailing first.

You can call C&A and get them added on before you sail.
