My grandkids had changed. Corrected it, saved and reloaded the app and bingo they are addressed by name. Now they are blue instead of elite. Everything else is correct. But once you are on the cruise, it’s awesome. I went on two Royal Caribbean Cruises recently and I really missed my medallion & app. This is the first time the app has totally messed up on me. I went back into my emergency contact and noticed that somehow they had changed the contact phone number for both daytime and nighttime. It was missing three digits in each section. Yeah, I've used the app onboard once maybe twice before and don't remember having problems with it. This is the first time I've used it since the check-in process was moved over to the app. What a bizarre move. Finally uninstalled the app and reinstalled amd now I have my scan code for boarding and was offered to pick a boarding group. Obvi just needed to be updated. Try it if you haven't.
