People used them on my Sapphire cruise last September, they are not the large ones, they have a small inflatable headrest and foot rest with fabric mesh in the middle. Thank you for the info about being able to stand in the pool. Edited November 6, 2022 by tonit964 Added pic

The filet was very tender and cooked perfectly! When we dined at Sur La Mer, Dad started questioning whether he should have tried the lobster bisque. This from a guy who will refuse trying anything seafood. He mentioned wanting to see what it was like first and I pointed out that half the table next to us had ordered it. He refused to believe me insisting that they were all eating chicken pot pie!
gamja Posted November 7, 2022 #131 Share Posted November 7, 2022 (edited) Just wanted to add a little something since I am on this cruise as well. The MDR for sure took a step down. My French onion soup was definitely not on par with previous princess cruises. Salmon came raw. Creme brulee way off as well. Might have been first night woes but the crew definitely looked worn out. But one good thing was the 360 dining experience we got to enjoy tonight! Absolutely amazing. I wouldn't pay to experience a second time but.... I would 100% pay if it was my first experience! I feel as if many of the crew members are new on this ship because of the huge inconsistencies in the beverages. Otherwise everything else was pretty standard. Amaretto and pistachio gelatos were on point! Going to try the sushi whenever there isn't a long wait. Cant wait to hit our favorite restaurants tomorrow!! Lastly wanted to apologize for the scattered post. Drank a little too much today. Cheers! Edited November 7, 2022 by gamja

Rare HBCcruiser Posted November 7, 2022 Author #133 Share Posted November 7, 2022 Dinner was in Crown Grill. Service was a bit slow and the food was ok but not great. The filet from Sur La Mer was much better IMO. We get into Cabo around noon. The weather has been great! Other news- we are confirmed in 360 on the final night. The Rock Opera show was quite good. Awesome singers! Caymus Cab. Yummy!

It was very quiet last night when we went to bed. Note: They cover and lock down the furniture and outdoor fridge at night. If you want anything like water at night be sure to put it in the inside fridge. Thanks for that great information. if you get a chance could you find out about hosting a cocktail party with a bartender for around 20 people? I think I read you can do that. I’ve got that sky suite for the eclipse cruise and was thinking a cocktail party after the eclipse would be a great way to celebrate. Is it possible? and how stupid crazy expensive is it? Thank you so much!

CruisnDeb Posted November 7, 2022 #137 Share Posted November 7, 2022 Are the pools heated? I'm used to cruising in the Caribbean where it's much warmer than this cruise will be for me in March.

Rare scooter6139 Posted November 7, 2022 #146 Share Posted November 7, 2022 Good to see dining in Bistro Sur la Mer. It was a Ghost Town on our sailing. Also agree on Crown, our meal was sub-par at best. Seen anyone is the Salty Dog Gastro Pub?

I've been wondering 1.) if Crown or Sur La Mer were open for lunch on Sea Days, but it looks like they are not, and 2.) if I can make last minute/day-of reservations for specialty restaurants and it is starting to sound like I probably could. Let me know if I am mistaken about #1 or #2.
