Up the West Side Highway then across to the Tri-Boro (now RFK Bridge). Sure, bad luck can extend time to LGA -- but do you claim that there is never bad luck in the Lincoln Tunnel or getting across Jersey? Unless you have a secret way, how do you get from the Westside Hwy to the Triboro?

Go up the west side highway then across Manhattan on 125th St. Or, just go up Tenth Ave. to 125th, then head east to the RFK (as it is now known). Yes, you might hit some traffic - but, unless you really believe there is never any traffic in the lower West side of Manhattan or in North Jersey, it will surely be easier/quicker to get to LGA from the West Side of Manhattan than to EWR. As I am writing this Google Maps shows the fastest route from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal to LGA taking 26 minutes and the fastest route to EWR also taking 26 minutes. So, no...it's not always faster to go to LGA. And easier?...How are you concluding that ? There's no factual basis one way or the other for saying one is easier than the other.

Given that this is a major chain hotel, they can probably to suggest and make arrangements for your sightseeing. I wonder how close the Marriot Marquis is to Penn Station and the Piers. If only there was a website that offered maps and the ability to get directions and could reveal this kind of information... 🤣😇 6 blocks West and a couple blocks North to get from that hotel to the pier. Penn Station is 10 blocks South of the hotel. 3

We just stayed at a Hyatt nearby with free shuttle. Effortless. After riding to MTC in an UBER and from MTC in a cab, I would never, Never, NEVER even think of trying to drive in NYC. You mention stress. This is WAY beyond that. That said, as a rider, it bordered on "fun." 😎 Free shuttle from the hotel? how did you get to the hotel from the airport?? Trying to consider all options as. Thank you!!!
