Okay, so, I need an email address to get the $3k, yep, shortfall on my Mum's Royal 2020 cruise sorted. I have been working on this since 2020... Keep sending emails & calling the 0800 number but nothing gets done! Furthermore, no replies to my emails or 0800 requests that the lovely 0800 team send through to accounts. Am booked for a cruise in January with Mum & she kinda need the cash for a drinks package, pensions aren't what they used to be. Thinking of sending my request to Royal NZ, but they have no contact details on their page or to Jessie Ortiz the Stateside Finance VP. Anyone got anything, please?
