All Included not showing as a option?

I was doing some price checking and when I do a mock booking for any cabin below Aqua I am not getting the option of the All Included price,  only Cruise Only rate.    Have tried various sailings, dates and cabin categories.  Anyone seeing the same thing?.?

Yes I noticed that but after you pick the type of room and go through the booking it will ask you if you want to add on the all inclusive rate .

All-included upgrade is offered after cabin selection.

I know it is normally after cabin selection.  I was trying to price check some existing booking that I have with AI

 

Below is the mock booking starting with cabin selection, then it goes to  option for insurance & dining selection,  next screen is the Summary

The military rate is likely causing the issue.

I tried without it same thing.  We have done close to 40 cruises on X and for at least the last 10 the military rate hasn’t affected any perks.  Residence rates has done that but we never use that.

I was checking some pricing yesterday and noticed the same thing. I skipped the part where you entered your CC Number and it then gave the option to add the AI. You may want to try that.

Not even Aqua had AI last week, now it’s back again,,😱
