Duty Free

On a recent Quantum cruise we sailed out to Willis Island enabling duty free purchases at the liquor store .Very nice .

Wondering if our short 5 night cruise melb / Adelaide / Kangaroo Island / Melb on Grand Princess means similar duty free will be unavailable ?

I am pretty sure that the Adelaide/KI itinerary you mention does not go outside Aust waters therefore there not be any duty free available.

Correct, no duty free on that run.  Did it in Sept - Coral Princess, well most of it due to weather - high seas, all Australian territorial waters.

Correct, the Adl, KI, Mlb leg that just finished on our cruise was no duty free.

Had to wait until departing MLB for NZ for it to become available

We just did that cruise this week, and no alcohol or tobacco sales were available.
