I just booked one and for anyone who's done it before:

1. Can I DIY Hilo, Honolulu, Kauai (Nawiliwili) ports?

2. Do Hop On Hop Off shuttles come to the port?

3. How to get to Pearl Harbor?

If you look around the board, these items are discussed almost daily.

Yes, you can DIY all of the ports. I think the only port with Hop on Hop off shuttles is Honolulu.

Getting to Pearl Harbor is discussed frequently. You can taxi, Uber or take Public transit.

It depends on what you mean by DIY.

If you rent a car at Hilo and Kauai, you can DIY, but local transportation like taxis and Uber are very, very limited.

You can arrange your own tours, but to me, you cannot just show up and wing it in Hilo or Kauai. You can in Honolulu.

For the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center use 57 Arizona Memorial Dr, Honolulu, HI 96818 (the restaurant next door) as the address. For some reason Google Maps cannot process the actual address of 1 Arizona Memorial Dr, Honolulu, HI 96818.

For the cruise terminal use 521 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96813 (Pier 2).

The Bus is easy, but twice as long as a taxi or Uber.

Uber is just 40rt so I'm going to ask at M&G if anyone is interested in sharing.  Still not bad for solo

Assuming you are on the Roll Call, I'd ask well before the M&G since the USS Arizona Memorial needs reservations. The window for reservations opens exactly 8 weeks before the day you want to go.
