Does the Constellation have an indoor pool available to all?

Trying to decide if I would bring a bathing suit in my carry on?  It is going to be cold on embarkation.

Constellation has the Solarium which is designated for adults.

I believe that at times those with children are allowed to use the pool.  For some reason 7:00 pm is coming to mind.  On certain cold weather sailings they also have hours where they are allowed in.

There is usually a 2 hour slot daily for children and all must be toilet trained . No swim diapers allowed

The indoor pool is labeled a thelassotherapy pool.  When we were on the Connie in December it was designated “adults only” and I didn’t see anything which would indicate there were any sort of exceptions. 
 

I will note, however, that there were very few children on our cruise, and also that I wasn’t looking for a way for children to use the thelassotherapy pool.
