PCWalton1 Posted January 12, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 12, 2023 There use to be a search box but it seems to be missing. Is that because there is so much old mis-information in the site? 😃
Rare DaKahuna Posted January 12, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 12, 2023 (edited) Not sure what you are looking for but if you log into your account, click on the Royal Caribbean icon in the upper left hand corner, Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner, Select FAQ, All FAQ's there is a search feature. It just lets you search the FAQ, Really I was just trying to see if there is a way to cancel a cruise without calling. There use to be a form. This simple task should have been able to be accomplished on line. SMH.

allyfree Posted January 13, 2023 #9 Share Posted January 13, 2023 Their website is so ancient I don't think it has been upgraded since the Flintstones carved it on a tablet! Shocking lack of functionality and current information 😡
