AtleeH Posted January 15, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2023 I'm scheduled a cruise 18th thru 29th of March. It is a "Have It All" cruise. I'm good with regard to the specialty dining and excursion credits. Took care of that today. My question is how HAL handles the Drinks Package. Do I have to do something before hand, or is it automatically added to the card we are issued when we board? The Celebrity Cruise I went on several years back just added the drinks pkg to our cards when we went aboard. Thanks for any help.
CruiserBruce Posted January 15, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2023 There will be 3 small letters on your room card/key...SPB. That will indicate you have the drink package.
CNSJ Posted January 16, 2023 #3 Share Posted January 16, 2023 CruiserBruce---On my last few cruises if you have the have it all package, the three letters are HIA. It may say SBP when you just buy the drink package alone.

REOVA Posted January 16, 2023 #7 Share Posted January 16, 2023 Sometimes it's embossed on the card and sometimes there is a little sticker (whatever letters they use). If it's a sticker, keep in mind it can rub off, especially if gets wet. But you are flagged in the system anyway if there is a question. (Just check your onboard statement every night to review any stray charges).
oakridger Posted January 16, 2023 #8 Share Posted January 16, 2023 My card said HIA last fall on 4 cruises, but I doubt it matters if it says SBP or HIA as long as the end result on board is "drinks included"! 😁 ~Nancy 1
