happy5 Posted January 30, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2023 We are sailing in the Edge feb 2!! we have a GTY Concierge cabin. when do you get the assigned cabin? we have tried emailing and calling, but have been on hold for hours!! concerned about flying out without an assigned room and room number in luggage tags? any ideas? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You shouldn't put your cruise tags on your bags before you fly anyway. The porters at the cruise terminal all have tags they can put on your bags, so don't worry about it. They often assign it if it hasn't already no later than 48 hour before sailing as that is when the upgrdes that didn't win are advised and cancelled. Have you looked at your boarding pass and the bar code on it? You can scan that using your iPhone and read the numbers at the end. If it says GTY you still have not been assigned a room. resordanis Posted January 31, 2023 #8 Share Posted January 31, 2023 We booked a Concierge Guarantee last week and instantly got a cabin, and actually happy with the location. I did also book a guarantee some years ago, and like you we were getting quite frustrated that we wouldn’t get a cabin prior to leaving home. In the end we did get a cabin and it was a full suite.
