When I go to the My Tier and Points link on the Celebrity site, my Club points read as zero even though we are Elite Plus. jlbaker Posted February 3, 2023 Author #3 Share Posted February 3, 2023 Thanks! I found the fix in a previous post and it worked for me: 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to "Settings" 3. Click "My loyalty". This will show you the loyality numbers for Celebrity Cruises, Azamara and RCI 4. Delete the Celebrity number and click "Save" 5. Re-enter your number and click "Save" again. However, to the right of my CC number at the top of the screen there is a message that reads, Sorry, we’re unable to display your loyalty tier and points right now. Please check back later. Try it using the App instead of the Web version or other way around.
