Wait.  You're not allowed to run on the jogging track?  That's news to me.  I ran on it many days on my February cruise from Rio to Bridgetown.

Of course you can run on the jogging track. 
It’s not very wide though so it’s important that everyone - running, walking, sunbathing, standing around chatting - is aware of and considerate to everyone else. 
One can live in hope …

It’s a shame that Muse class deck 11 is mostly so narrow, it sets up walkers/joggers and sunbathers for conflict. Just a bit wider, as on the Spirit, would have made it more comfortable for everyone. 
I’m a bit concerned about the Nova class …

Me too - it seems to go right through the Sunset Bar.  Either the drinkers or the walkers are going to win.

Where is a :"Sunset Bar"?.....the only one I remember with that name is on Celebrity's Ships.

I think it's called the "Dusk Bar" on Silver Nova.  Probably a similar concept to the one you remember.
