zzdoug Posted March 29, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2023 Do the NCL casinos offer sports or race betting? I've seen kiosk machines on other cruise lines at some point in the past; I don't recall if they took horse racing bets. I'll be aboard the Escape during the Kentucky Derby which is always nuts. Also will any bartender have a clue how to mix a mint julep?
ready2cruzagain Posted March 29, 2023 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2023 Not sure about the race machines but I have gotten a mint julep on the Epic and on the Breakaway. If you know what is in it they can make it.

The one sports channel onboard is European featuring football (soccer), snooker (pool), and table tennis (ping pong). zzdoug Posted March 29, 2023 Author #4 Share Posted March 29, 2023 Good point. I guess I'd have to make my bets in San Juan and watch on YouTube the next day after returning to Florida. Which really makes it much less exciting and probably not worth the effort. Thanks.
zzdoug Posted March 29, 2023 Author #5 Share Posted March 29, 2023 Table tennis! Now there's a spectator sport I could sink my teeth into.
wcook Posted March 29, 2023 #6 Share Posted March 29, 2023 They can mix the ingredients, but they won’t have the right cup. And without the right cup, is it really a mint julep?
