Post-sailing email survey from HAL

Disembarked Rotterdam 48 hours ago. Past sailings I received the email survey within hours. Nothing yet. 
I am a bit of an introvert and didn’t join the roll-call.

I sailed last month and I got my email survey about a week after.  Hope you enjoyed the Rotterdam, I know we sure did.

I guess since the survey is time limited they are giving people a few days to settle in before sending. Mine showed up about a week later also

The roll call has nothing to do with the survey, as the survey comes from HAL and not from Cruise Critic.

You will probably receive it within the next few days, but do check your spam folder just in case it went in there.

Sailed on K’dam in May 2022 and all

of us received email 6 hours after disembarking.

They now wait two days after sailing before sending the survey

We got off the K on March 25 & we both received our survey on or about March 30.

We disembarked Rotterdam March 8, and the survey was in our email the same day.

Disembarked Nieuw Amsterdam on 2 April, survey came in email 4 April.
