Shareholder OBC with Group Rates

This has happened to me in several tries.

When was this?  Prior to June 1, 2019?

 

The combinability restriction was removed for bookings made on or after June 1, 2019.

That's not been my experience.

Not true. I think in the past you couldn't combine credits. They changed that policy a few years ago and now the stockholders OBC is always combinable.
