I assume the remaining $240 carries over on my card. Can I repeat the same "charge $500, play out $260" and bank another $240 on the card the next casino day? Yes, unless they've changed something. You play $260 and then cash out. You will have a voucher for $240. You take the voucher to the cashier and get your $240 in cash. You can then repeat that within an hour or whenever you want. But you must cash out from the machine, some players are not aware that on Royal the machine does not automatically cash you out.
firstimer2009 Posted January 4 #53 Share Posted January 4 Because my husband and I are gamblers and slot players and will be on RC first time in September.... How do they count the points to PRIME? Is it 1 point for every dollar through the machine or is it 1 point for every 5 dollars like Caesars. Are the casino drinks included in the Beverage Package? Even though we are in a suite we decided to buy the package. I like to drink in other locations, especially are first time being on RC. I want to try all the bars! 🙂
pcur Posted January 4 #54 Share Posted January 4 Keep an eye on this thread: Casino cash-out without using seapass card Go to the end of it, because on 1/6-1/7 I will be posting about how to charge to your room in the casino without using your seapass card. You do NOT have to insert your card if you're only getting the cash out and not gambling.

I assumed the card (like a gift card) would somehow retain the balance. Thanks for the response.

Welcome to CC. The package includes all drinks below a certain $ amount (usually $14).

I have no interest in using the casino as an ATM and have no idea why someone would do that. I simply want to gamble some, using my SeaPass card because I don't want to carry a purse or cash around the ship at all. I can guarantee you I would spend more just handing a SeaPass card to the dealer than handing them a $20 bill, even though it is essentially the same thing. Now, with an extra 5% tacked on if I use the SeaPass at a table, I'll think twice about gambling at tables. I would think if they wanted to get people hooked on gambling in the casino they would encourage the ease of just handing the SeaPass card to the dealer. I can guarantee you they don't lose money on casino offers to frequent gamblers. In fact, I also prefer not to carry too much cash and use a card for convenience. In my experience, using a SeaPass card at a casino is usually treated as a regular payment rather than receiving an advance on a credit card. I'm currently studying rooster.bet, I found https://ausscasinosanalyzer.com/casino-bonuses/rooster.bet for myself. I wonder what the percentages are and what it is like. This still needs to be sorted out, but it will happen over time. At the expense of 5%, it really infuriates. Just one of many things that I am finding out I don't like about Royal! I agree with you, I don't really like it either. But rules are rules. Who are we to judge them? Edited April 24 by sabrina5zunoi3
Wilksiger Posted May 6 #60 Share Posted May 6 Charging your casino expenses to your room is a smart move if you're trying to avoid carrying too much cash. It's usually just like any other charge, so you won't have to worry about it being treated as a cash advance on your credit card.
